“Laughing Lightworkers Jay V. Jackson”-Laughing Lightworkers: S2 Ep 6

Laughing Lightworkers welcomes Jay Jackson, who brings a rare blend of experience as an ICU nurse, hospice nurse, and Reiki teacher. He shares how Reiki supported his anxiety and panic, helped him hold space for families making impossible medical decisions, and carried him through deep personal loss.

We talk about spiritual authenticity, what it means to “shine bright” instead of trying to energetically “protect” yourself with walls, and why being empathic does not have to mean absorbing everyone’s emotions.
