“Reprogramming the Subconscious: Healing from Within with Krishna Avalon” Expanded Awareness: Ep 5

In this episode of Expanded Awareness, Kris Ashley sits down with Krishna Avalon — a licensed acupuncturist, subconscious therapist, Psych-K facilitator, Internal Family Systems practitioner, and breathwork guide who has helped over 30,000 clients transform their lives.

Krishna shares her deeply personal journey of growing up disconnected from her true identity, learning to find self-acceptance, and discovering the power of subconscious healing. Together, Kris and Krishna explore how early conditioning shapes our beliefs, how the subconscious mind drives 97% of our reality, and how modalities like Internal Family Systems and Psych-K help us rewire limiting patterns and reclaim inner harmony.

This powerful conversation invites you to go beyond surface-level healing — to meet the parts of yourself that long to be seen, and to return to the truth of who you really are.
