We can feel we must meet the expectations of ourselves or another so much so that our energy system can become weighed down by the pressures to do so which can cause a malaise of depression masked by doing rather than simply being.

In this busy doing energy we are not conscious and our ego may now be at the wheel of our system driving us to feel we can’t slow down to share ourselves with others vulnerably…why would we want to if we feel they too may expect of us or we may fantasize about how much expectation we must meet in order to not fail, to be loved or to be accepted?

This whole dynamic can cause us to feel separate and to wish to hide ourselves away from the world. In this meditation we will bring healing to all of this..thank you for listening.
