I am facing video playback issues. What do I do?
First try refreshing your browser or restarting the app. If you’re on Roku or FireTV, try closing and reopening the NRTV channel. Make sure your internet connection is stable, as streaming requires a consistent connection. If the issue persists, please reach out through our Contact Us page and include your device type and a description of the problem. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
Is New Reality TV really free?
Yes, completely and always. There are no credit cards required, no free trials that convert to paid subscriptions, and no hidden fees. New Reality TV was built on the belief that conscious media should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. You can create a free account, build a watchlist, and watch everything on the platform without ever spending a penny. We do offer optional community membership tiers for those who want to support the mission, but watching is always free.
How do I watch on Roku or FireTV?
It’s easy. On Roku, press the Home button on your remote, navigate to Streaming Channels, and search for “New Reality TV.” On FireTV, go to the Search function and type “New Reality TV.” Find the app, select Add Channel or Get, and you’re in. Once installed the app is free to use and gives you access to our full library of shows and films directly on your television.

New Reality TV covers the full spectrum of conscious living and spiritual exploration. What is the difference between the free and paid membership tiers?
All content on New Reality TV is free to watch regardless of your membership level. The membership tiers exist for community members who want to financially support the platform and help keep it free for everyone.
The 3D Level is completely free and gives you access to all content, the ability to create a watchlist, and membership in the NRTV community.
The 5D Level at $7.77 per month or $77.77 per year is for supporters who want to help sustain the mission. Your contribution directly funds the bandwidth, hosting, and production costs that keep NRTV running.
The 7D Level at $11.11 per month or $111.11 per year is our highest community tier. In addition to supporting the mission, 7D members receive advance access to new episodes before they go live on the platform.
