Carl Munson, now nearly 60, has had a lifelong interest, perhaps obsession, with the ‘bigger picture’ and all the things it seemed he wasn’t learning about from his parents or schooling. This preoccupation became paramount in his early life, leading to disillusionment, depression and distance from people and society.

All the while, a lover of life and nature, if not the man-made world, the mystery began to show itself and make sense of self-created chaos. Through a succession of many and various teachers, teachings and heart-breaking worldly experience, a greater understanding emerged.

Rarely conventional, and by Grace, never completely disconnected or broken, Carl has followed his heart, love of woman, and the ‘road less travelled’, to finally find himself the family man now living in Portugal, with cosmic companion and partner in possibility – Louisa – also a New Reality TV presenter.

Through awe and ordeal, father of five, ceaseless seeker and fallible human Carl contends that we have all we need, and are searching for, in the here and now – in ‘the moment’. This, after crossing the globe to seek guidance, enjoying worldly fame at an early age, and with years as a writer, publisher and broadcaster around personal growth and spirituality.

Presenter of the daily Good Morning Portugal! Show, in his adopted home, though originally a Brit, Carl is co-host of New Reality TV’s The Moment daily show, with on and off-screen wife, Louisa.
