Shanna Vavra is first and foremost a mother of 4 children. She is an Intuitive, Reiki Master Teacher, LMT, Spiritual Journey Mentor and the Host of Sense of Soul Podcast.

Finding herself somewhere between a Theologian, Jungian and Omnist. She is a seeker at heart, uncovering hidden truths and giving them a voice. From the discovery of being an Empath to her journey through Ancestral Healing and her study of the Gnostic gospels.

Through her personal experience of healing from the inside out, turning her pain into purpose and discovering her light within. Shanna found the blessings’ in the lessons and inspires others to find their true “Sense of Soul.”
