SÏRÏ, born in 1972, is a Norwegian artist, coach, and meditation guide based in Fauske, Norway. She combines creativity and mental health, using art and music to inspire peace and raise awareness on important cosmical issues in an alchemical artistic way. 

As a teacher on Insight Timer, SÏRÏ helps stressed leaders and individuals manage life’s challenges with holistic coaching that integrates stress management and emotional intelligence with a highly spiritual angle. 

SÏRÏ is also a mental health advocate, sharing tools and insights to promote emotional well-being. Through her work, SÏRÏ bridges creativity and healing, inspiring others to find inner peace.

Art and music is the language SÏRÏ always has been speaking , and it’s not what she does but what comes through her channelling that draws the inner peace to you.
